Dropped my bike earlier today, after losing traction while crossing wet tram tracks. Riding in the righthand lane, I began to change into the left, and the front tyre lost traction as soon as it made contact with the tram tracks. I knew what was happening and that I was about to go down. It only took 2 or 3 seconds before landing on my butt. A minor scrape to the inside of my left ankle and damage to the bike. It can easily happen to anyone, regardless of riding ability.

we just incorporated trolley's in my city. i've noticed, especially after a rain that these are very hazardous to the bike community. its important to learn how to cross them on a angle. you don't want to try it parallelly. fulltilt.
