I have just fitted micron race pipes on my zxr 750 can anyone tell me
if i get it dyno jetted stage 1 would it reduce my MPG i get 50mpg now.

also would it be worth just getting the carbs setup without re jetting..

You're increasing air flow ( freer flowing exhaust ) then jetting to keep your air/fuel ratio correct. This obviously means increasing fuel flow therefore consumption.

Setting up the carbs is rejetting, the needles ( jets ) dose the amount of gaz that goes through them, to increase fuel delivery, larger jets are the only way to go.

Of course it is possible that the exhaust is still restrictive enough not to require rejetting, how's it running. If it seems ok then just leave the carbs alone.

you or the dyno guy took WAYYYYYYYYY too long between shifts on your all gear run (the second graph)
you have some minor dips that you could tune out with more time/jetting on the dyno. (first graph)
good luck
