As far as bike, it has drag bars, HD burly 10.5 rear shocks, pro comp springs in forks lowerd 2 1/2 in front, pain is black cherry pearl! Red Led lights, And amber Led turn signals,Shinko Tour Master 180/70/15 rear tire (around 17psi in it) sticky icky tire for sure...bunch of finer details also...thanks for looking and asking about these awesome muscle bike Mamma KAW made!! Greetings to all in the thread.

I am the owner of a stock, all original 1996 eliminator 600.

I bought the bike from the second owner about 4 months ago and it had 5100 miles on it. I have added about 1100 miles since then.

This is the third bike I have owned (Kawasaki 750 and a ninja 600rr). I am really fond of the cruiser style riding this bike provides. I have found it's comfort, ride, style and low maintenance to be fantastic.

I am looking to do a few things with the bike to add to my overall riding experience. I would like to add hard case saddlebags and a windshield.

I would prefer a windshield with radio (gps) and speakers built in. This would allow me to stop using an ipod in my jacket pocket for the tunes.

Any suggestions on what and where to look for these items?

Thank you for the time and consideration,

Very Respectfully,

Doc

Bought a ZL600 baby brother around '88. Dealer demo. Shop owner saw me looking at it one day, said that thing needs ridden a bit to clear the old fuel and charge the battery, why don't you take it out for a couple hours? I came back and bought it. Wife was out of town,,, Somehow her logic said If we can afford a motorcycle, we can afford a new house. (not sure how that works) Silly me said We're not buying a new house unless it has a 3 car garage. Few weeks later she took me out to see a few, One had a 2 car 24x24 up and a 2 car 24x24 in the basement... Still living there...
