This is my first post and I'm hoping to get some help.I have an 85 600r, and i have a problem with the engine that requires me to replace the engine. i have found an engine from an 86 ZX600; would any one know if the 86 ZX600 engine fits the 600r frame?

Yes.Any 600 ninja 1985-87 A&B or 1988-97 600R C.D or E wont fit.the rest are a direct bolt in.Even 600 ZL Eliminator will work.
