Just wondering if anyone has some advice on ignition advancing on the ZX7r. I heard that adding +2 advance doesn't require secondary modifications. However, I just bought a Factory Adjustable Ignition Advancer and tried it in the +1 and +2 position, and it idled horribly. Any advice?

i know with my ZRX i can go +4 on a stock bike and not have problems. are you sure you setting it correctly ? :?:

I just figured it out, I guess the new Factory adjustable rotors are a bit more complex then the older ones and ones by other makers like Muzzy or Rohm. They devised a way to prevent loosening of the adjuster screws. I had to search around for instruction to how to correctly set it up.. **** thing doesn't come with instruction in the packet. Thanks anyways.
