does anybody happen to know what the widest rear tire I can run on my stock ex250.... right now it is 130/80

I think the limit for the 500 is something like 150/60/17 so I wouldn't think anything bigger than that.

130/80 17 the STOCK size. It will handle like a bucket of ****. The larger size tire will require more horsepower to turn. A Ninja 250 is a handling and momentum bike. Bigger tires take that away.

Fatter doesn't make you faster. Spend your cash on good suspension. I like Dave Moss myself. :biggrin:
