I have a flare at the top of mine it seems to make a huge difference. I look through mine not over top.
Flared/spoiler windshields on Batwing fairings.
Investigating windshield options for my Vulcan 1600 Classic. I found a good deal on a Memphis Shades Batwing fairing
(J&P, purchased on "Black Friday"), so figured I'd try it.
Now looking at windshield options that attach to it. Anyone tried the windshields with the flair or spoiler on the top edge? Is there a noticeable difference from a traditional shaped shield? I intend to size it so I'll be looking over the windshield, as is suggested.
