When I laid down my 500r one of the loops on the front fork that holds the screw for the fender got broken off. I tried to jb weld it back on...but it broke off again when i tried to screw on the fender. Do you guys think this this is a big deal? The other three screws are very much in tact. I'm assuming I'll be ok if just one of the screws isn't there, but I just wanted to make sure. Besides...all the fender does is stop water and dirt from flying everywhere, right?

I've only got 3 of the screws for the front fender myself. One of them just kinda fell off one day and I've yet to find a need to fix it.

that's what I was thinking. if i wanted to be anal about it i suppose that i could rig some sort of strap from the hole to the fork for the 4th hole.
