Greetings all,
Lately, when I fill up the bike, the gas seems to bubble up and gas comes out of the overflow line under the bike. This happens when the bike heats up, or If the bike sits out in the sun the same thing happens. It seems to be getting worse. The bike also gets terrible gas milage. It has a power commander on it and I have uploaded the map that matches my bike the closest. This has not helped. Can anybody help?

From what I hear if you maintain the stock air intake and stock pipes a power commander will be super rich and waste gas.

possibly a clogged vent hose on the tank???

The gas cap is vented, yours may be clogged up. Gadget has a page on how to correct the whistling that these caps have a tendency to do. Go to his page and follow his instructions on how to correct the whistle, it will also correct your plugged cap, if that is the problem.
