Sharp looking bike you have Wandering, what type of exhaust is that?
I like that stubby looking gold can.
Love the older sportbikes, they are what got me interested in bikes in the first place. Setting in highschool staring out the window at the bikes parked in the student lot.

here is a more recent pic of mine kinda hard to see the differences between the two with this crappy camera, but its polished swing arm,polished lips om wheels, super trapp 4 into 1 exhaust and the green grips.
Was a great suggestion Bikeaholic. I feel that alot of the modern and youger riders look at their bikes like my bald head looks at a Bic razor. Every year they want to get rid of Their "old" bike and get the newest or fastest thing out this year. Their rides mean very little to them.
I kinda figured this was probably more intended for the cruiser bikes....LOL. Just couldn't resist, I love the older sport bikes of all kinds. And did ya get a chance to ride that Magna, they where pretty stout for a standard in 1984. We are helping a guy get his Magna 500 back together now, they have a real weird carb set up, 500cc v4, Take a look at the guys 700 next chance ya get.

Smokey that is a beautifull bike. I bet ya get all kinds of questions on it. I have one. How many miles on it? Well another, is it restored or just that well maintaned? It looks brand new. Well one more does she idle smooth or kinda choppy? Would love to hear her idle.

Put some pictures up Guest, be interesting to how it looks with all the luggage on her. Shoot for a few years all I had was a bike and learned how to grocery shop, pick kids up from school and just about anything else I had to tote.
Monjoho would love to see some pics of that zx900, the top gun bike. In my opinion that is probably the bike that put sport bikes out for the public. Diffinetly what opened my eyes to 'em. Had me going to the Kawasaki dealer and dreaming when I was like 14 or 15 yrs old. I would really like to have one someday.

Otis that is sharp. Somebody really took care of her and discs front and back, thats nice to have. How do you like the shaft drive? I only drove one bike with it and was amazed at how smooth it was and quiet, just hate not being able to change gearing but the factory seems to do a good job on the gearing selection.
Me and a buddy that I ride with was talking about how big of a difference it makes when the wife enjoys riding. His wife loves it, and even gets excited about buying things for it, while mine just mumbles under her breath when I buy a can of chain wax and talks about the life insurance policy. :roll: I guess alot of it is my fault due to how I used to be with bikes, acting like a fool flying everywhere I went. Funny as I get older I enjoy them more and drive slower.

H1 WASP, are the H1s pretty common over there? I mean it has been years since I have heard of anybody other than on the net having one here in the states.
That is gonna look nice and I bet imbarass quite a few of the unknowing. Half of the people I know have not even heard of a 2 stroke street bike.

check everything rubber, tires ,brakelines or cables, fuel lines, EXPECIALLY TIRES AND BRAKELINES/CABLES!!. Time does a terrible job on these items

lol... yeah I understand that, I love how my bike stands out at bike nites and other gatherings. It seems most of the newer bikes look so much alike after awhile it gets hard to tell one from the other. :?
