Are you asking the practical limit? For a normally aspirated four-stroke cycle engine, it is approximately 6 HP per cubic inch displacement. A blower will increase that some.
If you are talking about the old 2 stroke H2 engine Denco used to mod one with 150 HP. I think it was for 1/4 mile though.

Every time I hear H2, the first thing I think of is the 2 stroke triples. Not sure you you could mount one of those in a ZX6 frame but it sure would be interesting.
What do you think the weight difference is between the two motors?
I don't know any of the specs for either so this is just speculation. One is a 3 cyl with separate pipes for each cyl, the other a 4 cyl and probably had a 4-2 exhaust so I wouldn't expect the weight there to be much different between them. However, I would expect the ZX6 chassis to be lighter than the one the H2 engine was use to pulling and that might be a substantial difference. That thought would make my back side pucker if I were going to be on it when that 2 stroke hits it's power band.
Would you know if the H2 motor is reliable???

At the risk of sounding cruel.... it it's a two-stroke, I'd say the answer is probably NO (compared to a four-stroke).
At the risk of sounding like Dr. House. NO!!!!! I wrenched them BITD. I have often thought about an old motor in a new frame. Good Idea.
The only reason I ask is because I have a 2004 ZX6R. It is like brand new, yeah I know what you are thinking......why ruin a perfectly good bike by taking a 636cc motor out and replacing it with a very old tripple??? My reason, well because I can and Two Strokes sound and smell *****in!!
I'd find a blown up 04 636 (they're out there) and stick an H2 motor in that.
Keep your nice bike nice.

I always wanted to take a Yamaha FJ 1100-1200 and stick one of my MANY built J Model motors in it.
Other biker's called them ring a dings. But with a good set of denco's,K&N's and the motor modfied to 72 specks, most 4 strokes would get wooped bad in a 1/4 mile. You couldn't run em opened up too long though. I'm talking in the KZ 900,1000 and early 1100 Katanna area. It had 71 HP stock at 6500 rpm and would pull around 8200 on a stock powerband and 9200 after I'd blueprint it still with stock porting. I almost bought a garage full of part's including a denco built motor once upon a time. I owned 5 total H2's in the mid 70's 2 with h1 frames with h2 suspension. That was the good old day's
Yeah I had fun in the old days with a 78 RD400E. What a blast.
