oh man you lucky dogNext week it will be in the high 60's here so I'll get out.
nope almost bought it and good thing i did not casue then got laid off so when i get a new job then i will pick up my new bikeDid you get a new bike Saki?
Hubby and I took a short ride up to a local biker-friendly restaurant to get lunch on New Years Day. It was 50 with a "feels like" 45. He sold his bike and I really didn't want to ride the 250 so we went 2-up on my 650. Even at 50 I needed a scarf. I should've made hubby wear one too, he was cold. We are supposed to have some warmer weather this week, so Dave, don't put away your riding gear yet.
you are still welcome hereWe've had snow here in MI since new years, but the rain has been melting it off the streets and it's suppose to be 44 and cloudy on WednesdayMy Ninjette should be fat black by then too
EDIT: Was just out moving the vehicles around with my dad, so I took my bike out in the fog for a few (haven't let it warm up in almost a weekMade my day
p.s. 'view new posts' > me... I didn't realize this was the 'Ladies Only' section, my bad, haha

He is looking at an Aprilia Tuono or KTM SuperDuke. He likes the Ninja 10R but the low clip-on handles are too low and hurt his hands and wrists. He needs something more upright. I think if he could put a handlebar on the 10R, he would consider it. But the other problem is insurance. The Euro bikes are much cheaper to insure.Wendy, is your husband going to get a new bike? What model was the Aprilia that he just sold?He is looking at an Aprilia Tuono or KTM SuperDuke. He likes the Ninja 10R but the low clip-on handles are too low and hurt his hands and wrists. He had an '01 Aprilia Falco. He considered the 10R w/handlebar for a few minutes but then I don't think he wanted to bother with it, especially since the insurance on the Kawasaki is so much more. What model was the Aprilia that he just sold?
If he wants to try it, I have an extra handlebar from a 650. I was going to try them on my VX800 before it got wrecked.
