How about some feedback from you lucky folk that have heated clothing? Like comment on:

- Manufacturer (Widder, Gerbling, 1st Heat, BMW, etc.)
- Type you use (Vest, Jacket Liner, Gloves, Chaps, Socks, etc.)
- Ampere draw for each piece (or wattage if known) - remember, 1 amp at 12 volts = 12 watts
- Type of control (switch versus temperature control versus ??)
- Experience (both positive and negative including temps you ride with the heat on)

The only heat I have on my clothing "Leathers" is from the engine. :shock:

same here. i have yet to explore that arena. i am a little leary about being plugged into the bike. i never remember simple things like that. i know i would dismount and rip some wiring or be on the road before remembering to plug in. hey wait a minute, you're in TN, does it even get cold down there ?!?! hehe. sorry, had to.

Yes indeed, it gets cold here, too...not as cool as MA tho' 8)

Up in the mountains it will snow while we play tennis in T-shirts, best of both worlds, dude!
