Welcome to the forum. I've Brighton, when I was a youth. Born and raised in the U.S.A., spending 2.5 months has made me an Anglophile. Please, place an order of Fish'n Chips and know that treat cannot be found in the U.S., a facsimile, but not the real thing. 
Thanks for the welcome folks. Not had too many problems so far. Loose wire on the fusebox stopped the fan working,perished pipes etc. All good. Off to the seafront now Kawasakian.
