I need some help finding or repairing my cluster on my new to me bike the LED for the miles is on but I can not see the actual miles on the cluster

You could try unplugging the electrical connector and check for corrosion. Clean. Spray with DeOxit and put it back together with a dab of dielectric grease and see if that helps.

Yeah I took it apart and checked I have good ground good power. I believe it’s just the LCD screen is messed up and I can’t find a replacement for it or the hole cluster

Sunlight and water are hard on LCD's. There are some specialized shops that claim the ability to repair them, but its not cheap and you have to send your instrument cluster to them and wait patiently. Winter project?
