I have recently replaced my battery due to the alarm I have installed. After a few months, maybe even weeks, it has died on me again. If I unplug all the cables/wires that lead to the brain of the alarm, would the draining stop? Or is there another problem I’m not seeing?
I’m sure it’s the alarm and I’m not about to spend a +$100 to get it removed unless absolutely necessary.
I have a genssi 2-way alarm system
Remote start was not installed.
2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300
Nothing else installed that’s electrical.

I also just got a battery tender charger/maintainer and is hooked up as of writing this post.

Does the alarm have a readable instruction manual or is it an indecipherable made-in-china type manual?
I would search for a you-tube video >> there may be something specific for the alarm you got.
