Thanx for your reply; I'm in the process of restoring my 77 kz 750 twin. I've replace and repaired many things over the last 9 months, but now my carbs aren't working right. It'll only crank with the choke on. I'm using uni filters. When it cranx, it does o.k. until I try to turn the throttle. Then it immediately quits. I rebuilt the carbs, cleaning them as good as I could with compressed air and carb cleaner. I took them off about a month ago and recleaned em. I set the float levels by holding them upside down and measuring the height. I guess I should use the method where you use the hose and let the gas run up the hose? I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanx, Stuart..........
