Time for a clutch! How much should I expect to pay the stealership for a new clutch and install? Also, I think I may need my carbs cleaned and/or re-jetted....is this expensive? Thank for the help fellas!.....and girls, hehe.
I bought a set of clutches for my suzuki not too long ago. about a hundred bucks and that was eom suzuki parts. You should be able to find some clutch prices online to give you an idea. Labor for the job will be in addition and probably around 73 per hour. If it's more than a two hour job, I'd be surprised. new gasket on the side too.
carb cleaning varies by bike as the degree of difficulty in removing them varies. If you do re-jetting, then there are a lot of variables that will drive the cost up. Best case is to keep it stock and have them clean and tune. That has the greatest success factor. Depends on if you are wanting them to get more power and/or customize.
