Hi all,
I have a 2005 1500 classic , at certain speeds if i lean a little left or right i get this low pitch howling noise , higher speeds are worse than lower speeds and on different kinds of pavement it is more noticeable , it has a windshield and lowers and about 7,000 miles on it , other than the above mentioned windshield nothing else has been changed but the oil any ideas , tires maybe ? original equipment brigestones are on it , they seem to have a good amount of tread on them and i do not see any irregular tire wear

Definitely your tires. My old '04 1500 did the same thing when the front tire was a few pounds low. Ignore the MOM and the sticker and pump them suckers up to max sidewall pressure minus 3 psi and see what happens.
