OK I'm like really new to bikes. My first every ride was a 125 Honda dirt bike the day before my 3-day bike riding school. Closes think I've ridin or worked on was a 2005 Polaris ATV. I've been a 10+ year vet of tuner cars and doing my own stereo, bolt-on accessories installs. I can do my own oil changes and other minor mechanical things, but never have I touched a bike.
But only after 2,300 KMs on my 2009 Concours, I tackled the ideal of installing the 2010 heated hand grips and install my trickle charger adapter onto the battery. I've got to say for craming all the stuff they do on these bikes and with all the wiring and panels, this has to be the easiest vehicle I've ever worked on. The tools provided by Kawasaki are great tools, the only extra tool I had to grab was a needle noise plyries. Great Job Kawasaki!
I know I don't have any pictures yet, because I just need to cut the panel and install the controller. But I will provide a small write up on this little mod and a list of all the parts needed, Plus Pictures!
