Well, closed a deal, and I'll be getting an 01 Yamaha R6 for $2800, paid week by week.

The guy I'm buying from is a friend, and we've got to get his 636 running, then I pick up my bike.

It's got a 2 piece racing clamshell body, Yoshi pipe, GP shift, steering stabilizer, and can ****** the front off the ground in every gear.


I will get pics once I pick it up.

I'll get pics of it once I pick it up I promise. As for the 636, I'll try, but it's damned ugly right now....of course, so is my R6, but I will be fixing that.

I also find it funny that we can't say sn a tch

Just kidding of course, sounds like you got a great deal.

I myself prefer the old school R6s to the new ones - it was just a rawer bike. Nice buy.

But to say you can pick up the front in EVERY gear is quite a statement! On my 636, if we're not talking about clutching or bouncing the front, it will only come up in 1st!

Congrats...Seems like a race bike...Legal? Papers? Cheap price but if it is all banged up maybe not. However payment plan is cool.
