I live near Dayton OH just got my bike a month ago. It's an 86er so it's my old new bike, its a 1986 ninja 600R GPZ (I'm not sure about the GPZ yet). It had 7,500 miles on it and it's in phenomenal condition, I've had several people make me an offer on the bike because of the condition. I work mostly on cars i have a 97 mustang gt and just sold my 92 celica gts with 3sgte conversion, so the bike stuff is new to me but i learn fast. Anyone live in OH?

This what my first bike that I owned looked like! 86 Ninja 600
That is my bike exactly. except mine has a red windscreen. Last night i did some searching trying to find the cause for the gas leak i am having. I remember reading that you had a 600r i was going to pm you but couldn't figure out how.

Go to the bottom of this listing and hit the PM button.... I love that bike and may put one in the garage again.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

MXC,

Welcome to the forum...VERY nice bike. I love it when someone gets a new old bike..My newest bike is an '84. You can always find nice bikes for a steal of you look hard enough.....My KZ750 sat in a garage for 15 years and it only had 9799 miles on it.

If you are a mechanic you have it made...try and get a kawi shop manual for it...it will save a lot of headaches if you do.....I have one for all of my bikes.

Welcome and Ride safe

Heather
