KAF620 MULE 4000 4 SEATER NO SPARK ON NUMBER ONE CYLINDER

Hie , i have a fleet of kawasaki Mule 4000 KAF620. I have a challenge with one of them not having a spark on cylinder number one ,its a 2 cylinder engine fuel injection with a coil pack for each cylinder. If i take the supposedly faulty coil pack to another vehicle it works and the same spark plugs will have a spark. So on the faulty quad, it will spark initially then just lose the spark. I have swapped modules and harness but still the problem persists. May someone advise me what my next step should be or what may be the problem?

No direct experience with the injected models, but the carb models have an 'ignitor' that sends firing separate firing info to each ignition coil. I'd expect the injected model to have a full engine controller/computer that would do the same thing. Have you swapped the controller between machines?

Also, when you swapped the questionable coil/sparkplug to another machine, did you let it run long enough to be sure it wouldn't display the same symptoms?

i swapped control modules/computer and i let the questionable coil/spark plug run for some time and it was working. On the faulty vehicle it just sparks when you crank and once it starts running it stops having a spark.
