The float height settings are 1mm from the gasket on the float bowl, on the bottom side. The only way to set one is to use a clear poly hose attached to the drain and lift it up with the fuel turned on and see where the level ends up.
Other than that, you have to buy the Kawasaki float kit to get their little measuring tool that does it dry and upside down, but it also is not as accurate.
