now that we have it almost put back together. i'm not talking bad about kawasaki. the accident was 1/2/04 and 2/11/04 they will have someone on site to see where the accident was and look at the quad. that's a reasonable amount of time. it may be bad that we've almost go if fixed. the guy that called me 2 weeks ago said it wasnt' a problem, the guy actually coming to look at it, really wishes it had been left alone. i don't blame him, but i honestly never expected them to do anything, or even ever look at it. but i do have several pictures.
i kinda feel bad for the guy, he's flying from syracus, new york to little rock arkansas, then 2 hours drive to the bike and accident site.
another think that kinda really makes me angry though, is that this last saturday, as my husband was purchasing the last part that we know we need, the parts guy at our dealership said, sometimes, kawasaki will purchase the quad back to do research on it. funny how that came out after we finished buying parts. we've been in there at least 8 times since the accident. i'm just blowing off a little steam.

They should have a survey on a lot of their dealers they have. Kawasaki has a good product but a lot of the dealers are just after the dollars they really don"t care about return customers I have had atvs over 20 yrs. we own 3 Kaw. at present I like them I don"t like the way I was treated on my warranty work with my 650P 03 If the dealer had told you about the buy back they would not been able to sell the parts at 200% mark up I too am getting to blow off some steam Good Luck

lj, my point exactly! i'd just as soon them never said anything than to say it when we are buying our last piece!!

i am impressed with the lengths kawasaki is researching this. i sure do not want anyone else to go thru this or be injured or worse.
