I can get a very good kaf400a frame same year as my rusted kaf400b frame

is the kaf400a and kaf400b interchangable?
is there a frame swap out video out there/here that might help the DIY person such as myself?

If they are the same year, and the same size engine, the different was probably the accessories. One may have extra tabs, so may show up as a different part, though they are basically the same. YouTube is just about your only option, unless you just go for it.

You can study the parts diagrams to see if you can pick up on any differences, but if they are both same drive (2WD or 4WD) and the same size engine, there is a very good chance that it will work. You may have to make some minor adjustments here and there.
