Hello there

I have just bought a 1999 vn1500 classic which came with a screen but not fitted. Could someone please enlighten me as to where the two metal brackets are attached.

It depends on the type of shield you have....and that being said....usually the bracket will attach to the triple tree at the underneath top bracket and the top of the bottom bracket.

What kind of shiled do you have?
