Kawasaki W1SS Barrell

H folks , anybody out there know anything about the early 2 cylinder 4 stroke W1SS engines .made around 69 to 74 ? Im building one up and Im looking for engine parts , a barrel and head ans rockers boxes with rockers .Was the barrel made of alloy or iron ? The head was alloy , hope you can help thanks Harry
