So how many of you are exchanging your Kryptonite locks from Tubular Cylinder lock to Non-Tubular Cylinder Lock?

Sounds like some deadbeat lawyer trying to make a buck!! :evil:

I hate lawsuits! In my line of work I get involved with lawsuits and they suck! Specially frivolous ones and this one sounds frivolous!! How many people lost their lives because of a faulty bike lock! :roll:

Give me a break!!! :roll:

I will be happy once I get my replacement locks.

I agree. These bottom feeders are the reason things are as expensive as they are. Medical costs, all insurance, etc. are out of sight because of frivilous suits or the threat of suits. This country is in dire need of tort reform, before the lawyers send us all to the poor house, while they are enjoying their fancy houses and cars, etc. that we paid for. :x :x :x
