The clutch on my KVF 700 does not fully disengage after the bike is fully warmed up. It will creep along at 2-3 kn/hr. Only way to stop it is to shift to neutral.
Also after a couple of hours riding the 2wd/4wd indicator toggles back and forth from 2wd to 4wd. This does not seem to affect the performance of the bike.
Any suggestions?. Bike has 3000 km.

Go over to the Kawasaki.com site and follow the links to the parts diagram for your rig. Look at the drive converter section and you will see three different space set-ups for belt width. Chances are that someone used a "will fit" belt and you will now need to set up your primary clutch to fit the belt you are using. If the primary sheave is set up too narrow the belt will drag when warm. An old or misused belt that is starting to fail and developing roughness on the drive faces will do the same thing.

If I recall correctly there is a service bulletin on the indicator toggling between 2 and 4 wheel drive. The scan tool will identify the code that will source the problem right away.
