kwak jetski/kx250
hiya all,
i got a js300 jetski that is giving me real grief, the ignition system is playing wiv me. so i changed the cap and plug and lead, and it will turn over and spark without the plug in the head, just resting on it, if i then put the plug in the hole and connect it all, it goes dead. someone has told me that it might be a ignition winding behind the flywheel shorting out under load, and i might be able to get one from something else. the engine looks the same to me as my old kx250 crosser, anyone got anyideas, i'm getting desperate now to ride it now summers here in the uk. cheers....
