Need help in removing a plastic fuel tank

1996 klx250r engine noise
Kawasaki Motocross and OffroadOn my klx250r i have a noise when engine is cold and at low rpm. It.s like a valve shim noise when they are worn, except that i have changed them and they are in spec. Anybody can tell what it is? Bike runs perfect, no problem at all.- 1
