My son has a 2006 KX85. Just had the engine rebuilt due to bearing failure. It had Pro Circuit modified cylinder, head and carb. I'm going to rebuild it with a stock cylinder and head (when I find one). My question is can I just rejet the carb? Will the boring of the carb matter? Thanks.

I don't think it will matter if it is actually a carb origanally from a KX85

You can just rejet it, but since it has been bored out, you wont be able to use the stock size jets. Try it with what it is jetted at and tune from there.
