Easiest way to lower the seat height is to switch to some lower shocks. Lower shocks that fit a Harly Sportster will fit, used ones are on eBay often. You can lower the forks in the triple clamps JUST A LITTLE, like a half inch or so. Bear in mind that moving your bike lower will mean mufflers and pegs will drag sooner, and lowering the clamps will put the headers that much closer to the ground, something to consider during hard braking or going over high points in the road.
