Ok, here we go, Just my opinions & findings
Project was very easy, 5 minutes total.
wd-40 helped marbles go in easier
did not have to remove seat or anything else.
I just put in 40 miles and I can say there is a distinct difference in tone
at the Higher rpm's on Decel. Much more pleasing,
The sound at lower rpm's did not change much if any.

so, for those wondering, Go for it, cost is minimal and it's easy to do
and quick

They said to use 1/2" Dia. marbles. I measured them with a mic and one was 0.601 and the other is 0.602. Will they still work?

Spok, its very hard to describe the sounds, At hi rpms it sounds more like a constant low rumble on decel
low end still seems to go plop plop plop to some degree
but over all its an improvement

Its supposed to make the engine run cooler (which is better) by eliminating the combustion at the exhaust header. I used coasters to replace the reed valves. However, I can't really tell if the engine is running hotter or cooler

Can't tell if the engine is running hotter, but my cobra exhaust pipes seem to be hotter than they were before the marbles. It did make a nice improvement in performance. No more backfires and the throttle response is crisper.

Hmmmm....Hotter pipes....Crisp throttle response....Maybe a faster ride now? Or would that be a faster driver?
