As I learned many years ago, you can have cheap, good, or fast, and you can have any two of the three, but you can't get them all. For cheap, it's hard to beat Ebay. But it will be slow shopping. If you want fast, go get it from your local dealer, but you'll have less selection, and the prices will be higher. As for good, let's just say buy the best and forget the rest. Cheap gear isn't cheap if you include hospital expenses.

Quite a few people around here recommend http://www.newenough.com. I haven't used them, but I hear that they are good.

Did you buy a "cheap" bike? Probably not so why buy cheap protection for your one and only bod? New enough is a good site for various gear altho you don't say specifically what you need. I just bought some nice SIDI boots from them and ordered a 1st gear rain jacket yesterday. You would get delivery in one or two days where you are. helmetharbor.com in Phx is a good place for skid lids & other stuff
