My bike has apprx 250 hp and I drive in 4 degrees celsius. I slide in all gravel but what a kick.
How many of you do that?

What the heck do you ride?

Well my bike (KLR650) has a whopping 40 HP and I slide in the gravel, drive through streams and across beaches and I ride every year in an event called FYNOR with stands for Freeze Your N**TS Off Ride, usually in December. Our coldest FYNOR started at +1 celsius and the high temperature of the day was +2. (34-36F) We did about 150 kms that day, all of it on pavement to accommodate the sport bikes that showed up for the ride.

So I guess at least a handful of Canucks do that kind of stuff.
