Sounds like a fuel issue. How old is the gas in the tank and when was the last time you ran it? Did you pull the spark plug and inspect for rich/lean or carbon build up or unburnt fuel? Gas nowadays has ethanol mixed in and depending on what state you live in you may be buying gas with up to 80% ethanol. Not only does it gum up carb jets but the higher the ethanol content the shorter life span your gas will have. If it's over a month old get rid of it and buy fresh. Small engines and ethanol don't get along so well. If you have been filling with cans you probably have a little particulate in the bottom of your tank and possibly in the can you've been using as well. If you have an inline fuel filter you might consider replacing that as well. With all that said and the fact that you have spark you need to pull the gas line off at the carb and make sure you have normal gas flow entering the carb. You shouldn't need to make any adjustments to the carburetor (factory is almost always best) but if you determine that your gas has been compromised, you may need clean the inside of that carb. Doesn't take much to plug a "low speed" or pilot jet. If you're uncertain about the process of removing and cleaning the carb yourself just relax, it's not at all difficult. YouTube any small engine carb cleaning video and you'll have no problem applying the process to your mule carb. Hope that gives you a little guidance. Best wishes and post back how things went.
1999 Mule 2510 my left rear axle has play in it a little over an inch. it can slide in and out. Are there C clips that may have failed or not been installed when my mechanic replaced a broken axle? Please advise, Im deep in the woods and need this thing to haul my winter wood.
I've seen a post or 2 on this problem occurring in the winter but I am having this trouble in 90 degree heat. Changed the fuel pump, blew the vent lines out can't solve the problem. Any ideas? I can get it to run & the oil dip stick to stay in place after disconnecting the vent lines & turning...

My wifes 610 mule is used almost always on neighborhood streets. The front tires are slick with only 200 hrs on the clock. I would like some street tread tires for longer life. I was thinking about 13" car wheels. Anybody know what might fit?
