pretty nice bike... hopefully u intergrate the lights and get rid of those bug eyes called blinkers lol... and take off that huge thing under the tail. it serves no purpose then you'll be good

but congrats!! i have the blue 250... soon to be pink n black... yea i'm girly but have fun and be safe!
Nice. Beautiful bike. Love the Yoshi pipes...What does it sound like? A piped fourwheeler?
thanks for the comments! :) Hey i bet that pink/black 250 will look cool..

Averitteg, i actually put the pipes on last night then had to catch a cab home right after and i havnt even started the bike yet! ive been too busy at work, but later tonight i will probably fire it up. i bet it sounds cool and makes riding more enjoyable for me, i love listening to mechanical music:tongue: Too bad its 7 degrees outside right now.

About those blinkers.. doesn't integrating the blinkers make them less visable? Would it be safer if i don't do that, or does it not really matter?>
Nice bike and welcome aboard!
Integrating the signals don't really deteriorate their visibility...but it also depends on the type and style you use. When you see bikes on the road with aftermarket signals, do you see a big difference in them?
^ actually.. sometimes yes i do.. especially if it is the same color light, next to an already illuminated brake light its not so easy to make out.. juxtaposed to a flashing yellow light being pretty visable on the side.

i mean i'll probably end up doing it, but man everyone is amped up on safety in this forum makes me think twice about everything because im a new rider haha..
Well...yeah, safety is paramount, but it's your bike so you should do what you want to with it. I've seen some great LED signals that are pretty bright...especially the ones that are integrated into the tail lights.
^ yeah i bet an LED light would stand out well those are usually very bright

you can always get new amber or clear lenses so the color wont blend in. thats what i plan on doing.
thats a good idea too.. i mean im sure its not a big deal, i feel like a ***** bringing it up hehe.. but i like those ideas probably what i will do as well when i do eliminate the fender.

paul
nice bike Love the Yoshi pipes have
thanks saki  can you tell me what in the world that black thing with the handle on it was for that came in the package? after i installed everything i was just looking at that piece wondering why they put it in there .. i think its listed as a spring puller? what spring hehe

Hey Paul! Nice bike. I'll keep my old standard though.
I really like the looks of that bike. The color is pretty striking.

two months.. im sorry, make that three days.. and then it snowed :( basically now over the winter im doing/did a few things so i dont go crazy just staring at my bike. most maintanance

thanks for that link!

Me and friend just fired up the bike in the garage, great sound.. on computer speakers it sounds similar to the twin bros soundclips ive heard but with a more round sound so to speak, but i have a feeling those are louder in person from the looks of them.. its alot of money to spend on a bike like this I guess, but at least now the bike fits my personality a bit better and will give me some good music when i ride.

I tend to jump right in to whatever my new hobby is.. and then stay fairly commited/addicted as long as i get that feeling i like. I was that way with snowboarding, and with modifying and drag racing my car.. i have an addictive personality and good balance lol.
