Oil coming out of the pipe is called Spooge. This is mainly due to rich jetting, but since the bike is older, used and new to you. There's no telling. I would start with a good inspection behind the stator for any oil coming from the seal, a compression test and check the jets (pilot and main) and see if they are the stock jets. All Kawis have been jetted very rich, stock.
Figure this, Our 125 and 250 both have 38mm carbs. It was meant for 250cc and above, so the 125 is way over-carbed, stock.
IMHO if youve over jetted a bike that bad its not gonna run worth a crap.
so does this bike smoke like crazy from the second its started ? have you checked your trans oil lately to mke sure its still full ?
if trans oil is getting lower then its either a bad seal between the trans n crankcase of bad clutch side crank seal...
how does it run ? does it clean itself out and come on the pipe or just stumble/bog out ?
need more info....
The pistons got replaced and got rejetted from a shop, but the oil comes out of the exhaust and it sometimes bogs out, but im pretty sure its the seals they shouldbe here tommarow so ill see if that fixes the problems or not.
