I’m changing brand. Today I traded in my Ninja 500 for a Triumph TT600 on the picture below. Good Time Centre in Ottawa is the largest motorcycle dealership in Ottawa. They have Kawasaki, Triumph and Ducati.
good luck with the TT. ive heard nothing but bad about that bike. but good luck and i hope yours is one of the good ones. plus after working at a dealer that started to sell triumphs im really unimpressed with the quality/workmanship. out of the 10 we uncrated 7 or so had paint/mechanical damage from the factory.
good luck and enjoy your new bike.
I cannot tell you much about Triumph from my experience, but I have read a lot before I decided to bay her. TT600 had FI mapping problem till 2001(mine is 2002). She's not as fast as ZX6R, but handling, brakes are about equal, and comfort is about ZZRs. Next summer I will let you honestly know a lot more. Some of my sources:
Nice looking Triumph! As a brand they have not made a huge dent in America as of yet, but there popularity is growing. They just did a segment on "Corbins Ride On" about the Triumph club (I think it was called RAT or something) Looked fun though.
