Myself and Aikata went on an awesome ride this morning.

We headed up to Canyon Lake/Tortilla Flats (for those from Arizona).
Its about a 14mile, 10-30 mph, narrow, 2 lane twisty road.........
I have not been on this road and this is only my 4th or 5th time on this type of road on my Ninja. I actually did pretty good. I used the techniques that work best for me in those tight corners but also used the "look and turn" techniques as well.

I did however over shot a couple of corners and put on the breaks, that pumped up my heart a little!! But all in all I think I did pretty good and I seem to be more confident and pushing myslef as I ride more.

Thank you Aikata for a nice morning, and I look forward to another ride.
Oh and by the way all...Aikata is an excellent rider, and don't ever underestimate the power of a Ninja 250!!!

Sounds like a cool ride!

Isn't Tortilla flats now all like 25mph? I know awhile back it was 50mph, but they changed the limits - probably to give more tickets out or too many people were crashing.
