I have a black '05 Ninja 500R and am looking to replace the stock windscreen. I want to do this mod mainly for aesthetic reasons, as I'm planning on replacing the clear screen with either a light or dark smoke screen. A little more wind protection would be nice, but if I had to replace the screen with a colored one in the stock shape, that would be ok.
I know there are models available from Targa and Zero Gravity. What other options are available? For those of you who have replaced your windscreens, have there been any fitment or quality issues with the brands mentioned above?
Thanks in advance for the info. This will be a Christmas present to myself (and the Ninja of course.) :p

Thanks,
Jason

I'd go with the Zero Gavity, wait... I did :p. Zero Gavity makes some of the best screens around. Although you can't get the double bubble for an EX500. That is one of the down falls to the EX500 and EX250. Its hard to find aftermarket parts for them. Most company focus on the more popular models and the models used most for racing. Zero Gavity does however have the SR and the Sport Touring screans. I'd go with the SR. The touring one just wouldn't look right on a super sport. I don't even think I'd put it on the ZZR 1200.
