I just finished installing my new Akrapovic Slip-On exhaust on my bike and I did some testing and here are my results:

Stock Exhaust
Engine RPM’s (Sound Level in dB)
1350 (72) Idle
3000 (79)
6000 (88)
10000 (100)
Weight = 12.8 Lbs

Akrapovic Slip-On Exhaust
Engine RPM’s (Sound Level in dB)
1350 (78) Idle
3000 (82)
6000 (93)
10000 (103)
Weight = 5.0 Lbs

As you can see the Akrapovic Slip-On is louder than the stock exhaust and a lot lighter!! I love it the sound is like a low grunt, very VERY cool! By the way I used a "Realistic Sound Level Meter" to measure the sound level of both exhausts. This testing was performed in my garage, with the sound meter in the exact same distance from both exhausts, 24" back and 35" high.

You can see some pictures here:

I'm very happy!!!!!
