Hey im new here, a great forum, been looking around for a while, and i thought id join in :)

My friend got an ER5, really nice light metallic blue, in the summer. Gorgeous bike, but sadly he dropped it the first day and wants to get rid. Im looking to get it in the summer and im wondering if you guys know of any parts i can add to make it a tad better looking. Sure it looks great as is, but after seeing this pic (bottom) i wonder what parts i can buy for it.

All i have found so far is that fairing, and a belly pan, does anyone know if i can tidy up the rear? New single seat or cowl? Are their full fairings about?

Also, does anyone know if aftermarket full exhaust systems are available, i really dont want the pipes to end up rusted like the one in the pic.

Cheers guys!

http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/ - make a new rear for the bike, I don't know how much work is involved in making it all work on the bike. You can get full exhaust from pretty much every company out there. I have a jardine full exhaust, it is nice because it runs up the left side of the bike so I keep the centerstand. but I am also biddin on a vance and hines can that will fit the midpipe at the moment.

ex500 racing sites

both of them do interesting things that you can always look at for your bike.

Wow thats amazing, thanks man! Gorgeous stuff from airtech :)

One question, the ER5, and the EX500, i mean are they basically the same? Could i mount on those EX500 to an ER5 fairings without modding it?

They look basically the same, but I have no real idea if it is going to fit or not. The rear cowl should work fine, but the front is up in the air. I'm not up to date on the ER5.
