We have a new member who is looking for help modifying his Ninja 250. I don't know what year it is, but he will be along shortly with the details.
He is looking for advice on removing his stock rear fender, and relocatinng the signals.

There are a few ways of removing the rear fender. With mine I pulled the fender out, and cut it flush with the bottom of the bike. Used a small peice of metal screwed in the stock holes to mount the license plate. In the brake light lense there is a peice of plastic that can be taken out in the bottom, removed that and glued a clear peice in to allow light to hit the license plate. My turn signals are in the two outer housings. I purchased two sockets from an auto parts store and put them in. There was already holes for them to go into. Hope this helps.
