I just got an '86. Where in the world can I get parts (throttle tube/grip, gauge pod bracket, etc) for it?

I am also looking to replace the fairings (paint myself if needed), exhaust system (with OEM) and seat. Is eBay my only option? I don't mind getting these parts used. Just needs to look perfect when I'm done.

ebay.uk is a good source as well. Craigslist works some of the time too. Good luck with your project

Craigslist and EBAY are certainly your best sources, but if your screen name is any indicator of where you're at- there's a couple used bike places around our area you can try- Drum Hill in Nashua, Rick's in Plaistow, and SKY in Fitchburg, MA is a little further out. There's also one in Hookset, but the name escapes me.
Be advised that the used bike places I mentioned around here are way too **** overpriced for most of the stuff I've inquired about though.
