ok i'm glad i actually got my bike to start considering the last guy put a 12 volt battery on it. After i got it to start i revved it up and oil started comming out of the "i'm guessing " overflow tube on the back of the motor by the rear wheel. it has a sight glass on the site of the motor and the upper tank. How do i know if it's full or overfilled. Both are over the sight glass.

p.s. i can't find a owners manual,

update, i ordered a manual today but i just was wondering if anyone knew off hand.

Well unless I'm mistaken thats a 2cycle and the upper tank is for 2 cycle oil and can be at any level other than empty. The lower on the engine should have some marks to the side of it and it should be between the 2 marks. If it's completely over the glass it's overfilled and will blow oil out the vent that you are describing.
