I ride an 82' KZ750 CSR and I get little splatters of what appears to be oil on my right leg when I ride for over 10 minutes. Aside from wanting my bike to run at its best, I'm ruining good pants riding to work. Anyone know where this could be coming from?? I don't have any tach or speedo wires and the holes are just open to the air, but I haven't investigated that too closely (besides, it did the same thing when I had both cables in too). Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Marcus

Can you see any oily spots on the bike? You can usually follow lava upstream to the volcano it's coming from.

oIL SPOTS

Its most likely coming from the flange where you would have put the tach or speedo cable. Did you cap the openings? if not you might want to do that and see.
