Just about anything is citable.. Even a dirty plate. BTW, I am the police

I just didn't want to ruin all of my hard work.. that plate just didn't look right hanging out there with the mounting bracket.

Nope. We usually don't get hassled to much about equipment violations out here.. If at all. It's usually a warning anyway.
